Waterfall with ferns on rocks in a glass sphere by TheXclusive Art

A waterfall with ferns on rocks in a glass sphere reveals a hidden world in which water flows down in several layers past dark, moss-covered rocks. Lush ferns and green mosses frame the waterfall on either side, whilst the crystal-clear water flows into a tranquil pool. The spherical shape enhances the sense of an intimate, self-contained world, in which every detail of rock, plant and water has been carefully captured.

The bright reflections of light on the water, combined with the rich green hues of the vegetation, ensure that this has become a stylish photographic print that looks stunning in any room. The deep black of the background makes the miniature world within stand out even more vividly, giving the whole composition an almost magical, fairy-tale-like quality.

The fascination with unspoilt nature stems from the way the artist manages to capture an entire ecosystem within a single spherical composition. These miniature worlds have captured the human imagination for centuries, and this work builds on that tradition by bringing nature, light and water together in perfect harmony.

In a rustic or natural setting, this scene immediately catches the eye, and it forms a serene focal point in a living room, bathroom or waiting room where tranquillity is desired. This artwork is available on various materials and in a range of sizes to suit any desired style.
