I took this picture at Staverden Castle and it stands on the Staverden estate of the same name. It is the smallest town in the Netherlands and light in the municipality Ermelo on the Veluwe. The water you see is from the moat around the castle light. The water of the waterfall comes from the upper mill stream. The mill stream is fed a few kilometers upstream by the Staverdense beek (Hierden stream) that also flows along the castle. The part of the estate where I took the picture is laid out as a castle park and consists mainly of various types of deciduous trees.
