Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Water your plants, they live’ by Marith Buma

This black-and-white artwork shows three surreal flowers with eyes in the centre. The flowers are connected by long, thorny stems that wind around each other. Scattered throughout the work are small red accents, which contrast sharply with the black and white and draw immediate attention.

The combination of sharp thorns, waking eyes and subtle red details gives the work a powerful and slightly dark look. The illustration is hand-drawn and executed in a minimalist style with strong lines and high contrast. The red elements add tension and enhance the symbolic nature of the image.

This artwork fits well in modern interiors, workspaces or gallery set-ups and appeals to fans of surrealist art, black-and-white illustrations and symbolic wall decoration with a raw edge.
