About "Urbex steel railway bridge"

About the artwork

An unusual Urbex image by circumstance: steel railway bridges are architectural works of art that you usually see from a distance -or from the train, when you drive over them.
But the most beautiful image is the one you have when you look over it, although that opportunity rarely arises because you don't want to be run over by a train.
But when such'a work of art is out of use, slowly decaying, you have all the time you need to enjoy it. And then you see how each framing or change of perspective produces yet another extraordinary geometric image.
Combine that with the special atmosphere of impermanence and you have all the ingredients for a great photograph.
Now there is no train to encounter, but it is anything but safe: the whole structure is rotten and rusty, and between the rotten railway sleepers you look metres into the depths. Getting there also requires urban exploring.
But the result is worth it.

Unfortunately, in the Netherlands, all structures that fall out of use are quickly demolished and cleared away, but fortunately there are still gems like this to be seen in our neighbouring countries.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
