About the artwork
Something moves beneath the surface. Not loud, not visible, but palpable. Undercurrents is an ode to what lives in silence. To the layers we cannot always name, but which shape us. The work exudes a kind of primal force: a mix of fire, earth and energy that cannot be captured in words. The forms float, touch, retreat. As if they carry memories of worlds we once knew. There are scratches, marks, signs. Not as wounds, but as movement. As growth. Because even in the dark, something is growing. Between the layers, in the shadows, in the invisible. This work invites you to sink down. To listen to what lives under the skin. To feel what you don't need to understand. And to trust the flow that carries you: even if you don't see it.
