Two clematis flowers attached to each other. This is artistic freedom, because to my knowledge there are no Siamese clematis. Anyway, I thought it was a nice drawing exercise; done in svg and with the mouse (so it's possible, but maybe not the fastest way). The original image was a picture of a purple-pink clematis flower I took with a cheap digital camera, so no flowers attached to each other. Then I digitally edited a 2 cm by 2 cm cut out of the photo: added all kinds of things, duplicated, connected and finally converted into black and white. The result: a pen drawing, charcoal drawing or painting?
