Minimalist abstract impression of a patchwork landscape with a house and barn and some trees above which a dark (black) moon shines. A cloud floats behind the dark moon. Living here means a secluded existence. Even the trees are sparse. But they are allowed to be there. As many as three different species including fruit trees decorate the immediate surroundings of the house and barn. The whitewashed walls of the buildings - now due to the moonlight in pale yellow and a light peach colour - contrast beautifully with the grey-blue sky and the chequered fields. The chequered meadows filled with wildflowers have been transformed by the moonlight into a palette of colours ranging from light to dark that are difficult to describe. In the distance, the horizon lies like a line against the grey-blue sky. Not a house, not a mountain, not a bush, nor a tree appears on the horizon. The naive style in which the landscape is designed invites contemplation. Perhaps deep into the night.
