This colourful landscape photo shows a Dutch tulip field with rows of purple, or cyclamen-coloured tulips disappearing on the horizon. Also visible on the horizon is the setting sun, which colours the sky beautifully on a clear spring day. The beautiful light during this blue hour makes the photo beautifully expressive.
This photo will do well above a sofa in a living room, or above a bed in the bedroom because it creates a nice atmosphere of a typical Dutch tulip landscape. The photo was taken on Schouwen-Duiveland in Zeeland, where many tulip bulbs are still grown for sale. When the flowers are at their most beautiful, the tulips are mechanically "decapitated". This makes the bulb grow faster and all the nutrients no longer go to the flower, but benefit the bulb. There are several tulip fields to visit in Zeeland. For any photographer, this produces beautiful colourful pictures, like this one.
Hopefully, this picture will find a nice spot on the wall in your home.
