I took this photo in the De Haere nature reserve near Doornspijk in the Veluwe. As well as a woodland, De Haere also features a sand drift and a heathland. The sand drift is well known amongst local portrait photographers who are familiar with the area. I took this photo at the edge of the sand drift, on a dune where a few trees stand.…

Welcome to my shop. My name is Gerard de Zwaan and I was born in 1983 in the Veluwe town of Harderwijk where I grew up and still live. I started photography in 2013. My first camera was a Nikon D3200 which I still own and is now as a spare camera, currently I use a Nikon D7200.
