Train Street Hanoi, Vietnam by Patrick Fotografeert

This picture was taken during my trip through Hanoi, a city where tradition and modern life come together in a special way. Hanoi is a place that immediately embraces you with its lively streets, ancient quarters and the mix of cultures palpable in every corner. During my time in the city, I wandered through narrow alleys full of smells, colours and sounds, discovering places where the past and the present seamlessly meet.

One such place was Train Street, a piece of Hanoi that shows the city in its purest form. The narrow street along the railway line, where daily life goes on unhindered, gave a unique glimpse into the rhythm of the residents. The contrast between the quiet moments and the tension when a train approaches impressed and showed how flexible and resourceful urban life can be.

Every day in Hanoi brought new impressions: the bustle of the markets, the serene lakes, the small food stalls where every meal is a discovery. For me, this picture symbolises the energy and charm of Hanoi-a city full of stories, encounters and moments that stay with you. With this image, I especially want to convey the feeling that makes Hanoi so unforgettable: the warmth, vibrancy and character that can be felt in every street.
