About the artwork

South Africa is a country of unprecedented diversity, where rugged nature, impressive coastlines and bustling cities alternate. From Cape Town's iconic Table Mountain to the savannahs of the Kruger Park and the pristine coast of the Wild Coast, each region has its own character and beauty. The country is known for its rich culture, colourful history and unique mix of influences.

For photographers, South Africa is a true paradise. The picturesque wine lands around Stellenbosch and Franschhoek offer rolling hills full of vineyards and charming Cape Town architecture. The famous Flower Route (Namaqualand) turns the landscape into an endless sea of colourful flowers every spring, a magical sight to capture. In contrast are the vast savannahs where you can photograph wildlife like lions, elephants and giraffes, and the breathtaking coastlines where ocean and mountains meet.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
