About "Toronto"

About the artwork

For work, I had to go to Toronto, a city I love to visit. Of course, by default, my camera and lenses go with me in my travel bag so I could take some photos there. Just before leaving, I received my new camera, a Sony A7rV, so I could test it out nicely in this fine city.

For this photo, I took the ferry to Centre Island, from where you have a nice view of Toronto's imposing skyline. My plan was to take a sunset photo here and look around beforehand for the right location to set up my gear. I always take plenty of time for this so I can do this in peace. While walking around here, looking for a nice spot by the water, I came across this spot. A very nice vista with the striking CN Tower and the Toronto Blue Jays' stadium in the middle.

This would not be the spot where I was going to capture the sunset but of course I took one shot of this because I thought it was a nice composition. The little boat on the water and the plane passing by at that moment complete it as far as I'm concerned.

Back home, I always sit down and edit the photo to make it suitable for your wall.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
