Every summer attracts the earth through the Perseid meteor shower, this is a cloud of dust left by the comet Swift-Tuttle. The Perseids name is derived from the constellation Perseus to be found around midnight on the northeastern sky is. The meteor shower has its origin apparently in this constellation. Many particles are then collided with the Earth's atmosphere and causing a brief streak of light in the sky. This phenomenon is called a shooting star or meteor. I have long to wait before I finally had a falling star just above the dish, but the wait is finally rewarded.
