The villagescape of the unique mound village Niehove in the northeast of the province of Groningen. The old village has a long history and used to be located on an island in the then Wadden Sea, the village was then called Suxwort. In 2019 Niehove was chosen as the most beautiful village in the Netherlands. Peace and atmosphere is very characteristic here.
