About "The morning"

About the artwork

In the early morning, when the mist still hangs over Borobudur's landscape, a magical moment emerges. The great Buddha statues, spread across the temple's imposing terraces, appear faintly through the mist filling the air. The silence is almost palpable, punctuated by the gentle sounds of nature and the muffled clapping of early visitors making their way silently down the stone steps. The contours of the temple stand out sharply against the grey sky, while the Buddhas, in deep meditation, exude a serene calm. Mist envelops the scene, making it seem as if the temple is about to awaken from an ancient dream. The contrast between the ancient stones and the fresh morning mist creates an almost sacred atmosphere, where the sense of timelessness and spirituality is intensely present. It is a moment of introspection and wonder, deeply rooted in Borobudur's history.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
