Along the narrow country road, a farmer cycled back home, the silhouette of his farm already visible at the end of the row of trees. He had just made his last round at the cows in the meadow and was pleased to see the animals grazing peacefully. For him, this view meant not only peace and quiet, but also the certainty of a daily rhythm: getting up at dawn, working in the fields, and returning home in the evening with the sun.
For him, this landscape was more than a pretty picture; it was his life, his history. The road that led home was the same one his grandparents had walked before. As the golden sunbeams illuminated the road, he felt again how deeply connected he was to this part of the Netherlands.
