About the artwork

Title: The Last Man

This painting shows a young robot woman, seemingly perfectly sculpted, but with a half-opened head in which wiring and circuits become visible. A confrontational image that raises the question: what actually makes us human?

At a time when technology is increasingly intertwined with our existence, this work strikes a deeper chord. It reminds us that no machine, however sophisticated, can replace the soul, emotion and unique vulnerability of human beings. Wiring symbolises the attempt at imitation, but it is precisely the imperfect, sentient and impermanent that makes us truly unique.

The Last Man is more than a visual work of art; it is a philosophical invitation to reflect on the essence of being human. It presents us with a choice: do we want a world full of copies, or do we want to cherish the irreplaceable value of humanity?

This painting carries a profound message: we are not circuits or algorithms, but living beings with memories, desires and dreams.
