About the artwork

The lively façades are reflected in the calm waters of the basin and create a harmonious interplay of historic architecture and maritime ambience. The colourful boats gently rocking at the moorings add a splash of colour to this picturesque scenery.

The harbour promenade is lined with charming cafés, restaurants and art galleries. The aroma of freshly prepared fish and seafood hangs in the air, while the terraces with colourful parasols invite you to linger. The cheerful laughter of people, the clatter of crockery and the clink of cutlery mingle with the call of seagulls and the hustle and bustle of the harbour. The narrow alleyways around the harbour are lined with small boutiques selling local handicrafts and works of art.

The evening hours give the harbour of Honfleur a particularly romantic touch. The warm evening sun bathes the scenery in a golden light that softens the contours of the buildings and boats. The lights of the lanterns along the quayside promenade are reflected in the water and create a magical atmosphere. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
