About the artwork

The painting of the "hallucinatory horse" provides a fascinating insight into a surreal world in which not only humans but also animals such as horses have the gift of experiencing visions. The depiction shows two horses; one is being ridden while the other experiences its own hallucinations. The focus is on the visions of the rear horse, which are depicted in the central sky area and show a planet-like structure, free of horse elements.

The reflexive nature of this painting is particularly interesting. The artist is aware that he is not authorised to explain the horse's hallucinations. The artist's thoughts revolve around the challenge of understanding the visions of another living being, especially when it is the hallucination of an animal.

The irony is that the green horse is itself a hallucination and thus cannot speak. This leaves the explanation for his visions inaccessible to us. This seemingly insoluble problem is reflected in the painting and underlines the mysteries of the human mind and perception. The painting creates a wonderfully complex allegory for the inexplicable in our world, while emphasising the beauty and value of riddles and mysteries that challenge our understanding and strengthen our faith in the supernatural.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
