The Wadden Experience Point in Den Oever
is a lookout point over the Wadden Sea. You can look out over the nature reserve 't Schor, the leidam (a dam) with the largest spoonbill colony in Europe (Vogelsandt), the former island of Wieringen, the port of Den Oever and the Afsluitdijk.
The eye-catcher is equipped with information panels, on which the visitor can learn everything about the fauna above and under water, about the wadden region and of course about the special birds that stay in the area: as a stopover or as a permanent home. On the Leidam, also called 'the banana' because of its shape, the largest spoonbill colony in Europe can be found in the summer. In order to be able to see far, two telescopes have been placed on the upper platform. It is also worth mentioning that the Wadden Experience point is located in one of the darkest places of our country and is therefore ideally suited to enjoy the starry skies.
I love to go out into nature and do landscapes and macro photography.
and also likes to follow Workshops to create unique footage,
I would also be very honoured if my work were to hang on the wall at your place to add a little more colour to your interior...
