The Vanguard is curious
In this atmospheric shot, five curious sheep step forward purposefully, their gaze focused sharply on the viewer. The background fades into autumnal colours, making the woolly flock stand out all the more powerfully. The one lamb left behind reminds us of the pace of growth, safety in the group and the rhythm of rural life. An image that exudes calm and simplicity, but at the same time shows a certain strength in collectivity.
The photo was taken in Hoog Buurlo in the Veluwe and edited in photoshop and painter 2020 by Corel.
