About "The Papengang in the city of Groningen"

About the artwork

The Papengang in Groningen city centre during a rainy evening in December 2024. Famous in Groningen's nightlife scene for its various bar dancings and pubs including Warhol, the alley is lavishly decorated with graffiti street art. For some time now, the dark alley has been colourfully lit with round neon lights, improving safety. The neon lights from above reflect in the yellow pebbles wet by drizzling rain that mark Groningen's inner city.
This photo captures a lively alley in the city at night, decorated on both sides with colourful graffiti. The walls are painted in various shades of green, blue and purple, with intricate, abstract designs and tags. Neon green and blue rings hang from the ceiling, casting a glowing light. The cobbled path runs through the middle and leads to a dim exit at the end. The alley is narrow and the mix of textures and colours creates a lively, bold atmosphere.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
