About ‘The Louvre with side wing Pavillon Mollien’ by Robert Jan Smit

The Louvre in Paris is best known as one of 's world's largest museums with Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa as its masterpiece, of course. But the building itself is also not unpleasant to take a closer look at.
This wing the Pavillon Mollien runs to the Pavillon de La Trémoill with its passage to the Seine. With its beautiful columns and statues, typical Parisian lampposts and stone benches incorporated in the construction, it is an ideal place to sit for a while and take in all the impressions.
The photo of this richly decorated facade with fluted columns on the ground floor and eight statues adorning the first floor has become a special photo due to an increase in contrast and the absence of direct sunlight.
