About ‘The Choreography of Everyday Life’ by a.p.ARTandMore

The photograph conveys an atmosphere of dynamism, urban anonymity and fleeting movement. The strict, geometric grid lends an orderly structure to the chaos of everyday walking. It creates the feeling of being a silent observer beneath the pulsating life – almost like a glimpse into another, parallel dimension.

The blurring of the silhouettes caused by the frosted glass creates a mysterious, almost ghostly atmosphere. It captures the transience of the moment: people leave their imprint for a fraction of a second before disappearing again the very next moment.
