Terborgh Castle in Schinnen .
Built in the sixteenth century.
In the eighteenth century it was also used as a prison, and members of the notorious "Bokkenrijders" were imprisoned there. In the former dungeons, the chains to which the prisoners were attached are still present.
Photographed on a beautiful summer day with a typical Dutch cloudy sky. The little donkey really completes this picture.
