A magical moment in the middle of the forest... ??
Yesterday I had one of those experiences that you don't forget in a hurry. While I was wandering through the forest in search of special motifs, I spotted this beautiful tawny owl. ?✨ Nestled deep in his tree hollow, he seemed to be enjoying the last rays of the winter sun. His half-closed eyes looked tired, almost as if he was still in another world. A silent observer of the forest, full of peace and wisdom.
Encounters like this touch me anew every time. ? Seeing how perfect nature is, how animals adapt, hide and yet are still present - that's what makes photography so magical for me. And the best thing? It's not just a single owl! Martin was there again in the evening and discovered that it was a pair! ? That means, with a bit of luck, young birds could hatch here soon. The idea of watching little twiglets still clumsily exploring their surroundings makes my heart beat faster. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this place!
