The Blue Angels (also known as Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron) is the flight demonstration team of the United States Navy. Established at the end of World War II, the team was 'the world's first official flight demonstration team. In the early years, the team flew three aircraft, then four, and for many years the team has consisted of six aircraft. Since 2021, it has been using the Boeing F/A-18E&F Super Hornet.
This picture was taken during the Wings over Houston airshow on 25 October 2024 held at Ellington Airport. The aircraft in the picture is an F version of the Super Hornet with a guest in the back seat who was treated to witness the flight demonstration!
