Swedish natural landscape – Reflection of clouds on the lake

by Dylan Winter Visuals

ARTWORK: ‘The Blue Hour Silence’

This sweeping, horizontal landscape depicts a serene, melancholic sunset during the blue hour over the mirror-smooth waters of Lake Burusjön near Idre Dalarna in Sweden. What makes this sweeping composition so powerful is the surreal symmetry of the heavy, layered storm clouds, which are perfectly reflected in the rippleless water’s surface of this impressive portrait of nature.

The foreground offers a fascinating view through the crystal-clear, shallow water, in which the round boulders and stones on the lake bed are brought into razor-sharp relief from the shadows. On either side, the mountain lake is flanked by the dark silhouettes of the endless Swedish wilderness, forests and dense pine woods. This dreamy Fine Art piece forms part of an exclusive series of photographs and is ideal as a triptych, tripartite composition or large-scale photo series on the wall.

Curated for modern interior design projects, corporate art and an atmospheric home, this art print exudes pure ‘Quiet Luxury’. This piece is visually perfectly balanced and can be found in Dylan Winter Visuals’ exclusive Scandinavia album. The print looks fabulous above a large designer sofa, a wide sideboard or in a modern office against a warm grey, moss green, mauve, blue, brown or anthracite wall. An exclusive piece inspired by the wild nature of Scandinavia.
