There are those moments when everything is right - the light, the atmosphere and the place itself. I took this photo in the heart of Tuscany, where the sun is slowly setting behind the rolling hills and the landscape is bathed in warm hues. What always fascinates me about this place is the iconic winding road, flanked by rows of cypress trees, which draws you into the picture as if by itself. In the distance, you can see how the last sunlight lights up the horizon and turns the whole landscape into a picturesque scene.
The inspiration for this photo comes from my love of the Tuscan countryside and the tranquillity you can experience here. I deliberately chose the golden hour to capture the magic of the sunset and emphasise the contrast between the soft light and the dark shadows. This image always gives me the feeling of freedom and new possibilities - as if every path you choose is full of promise.
