A sunset almost lost to me. A thick cloud cover blocked the sun all day. Occasionally a small ray managed to reach the earth. But it was anything but spectacular.
It was not long before the sun would disappear behind the horizon that an opening in the cloud cover appeared as yet. The sun took its chances, turning the background into a beautiful golden orange. Very cautiously at first, but a little later the back of the iceberg lake was ablaze. And me, I was in the right place at the right time, and the icebergs had done their best to manoeuvre themselves between me and the sun.
A moment of serenity, and all bystanders watched the spectacle breathlessly, and no one dared to take a step.
