About "Sunrise in the Les Bassetes cove in Calpe"

About the artwork

Sunrise on the Mediterranean coast between Benissa and Calpe. A coastal walk on the Paseo Ecológico offers wonderful views towards the cove called Les Bassetes and the marina. In the distance, the rock Peñón de Ifach rises majestically from the Mediterranean Sea. Warm sunlight in the morning makes its steep cliffs appear in orange-brown hues. The scene is framed by a pine tree, which is also illuminated by the sunlight.

This photograph is dedicated to the sunrises on the Mediterranean coast and the beautiful coves on the northern Costa Blanca in Spain. I am very inspired by views of the vast coastal landscape, where rock formations meet blue sea water. Very early in the morning, the ambience on the coast is calm and the landscape is bathed in enchanting colors for a brief moment.

The prominent rock formation called Peñón de Ifach (Penyal d'Ifac) is the landmark of the coastal town of Calpe. Its peak, which is 332 meters above sea level, is an excellent vantage point on the Mediterranean coast. But there are also interesting perspectives from afar, where the Peñón de Ifach is the eye-catcher. Walking along the coast in Calpe, the sight of the Peñón de Ifach is omnipresent.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
