Durgerdam is a dike village in Landelijk Noord, the rural part of the Amsterdam district Noord (in the Dutch province of North Holland). The village has the status of a protected village face. Between 1818 and 1921 it was part of the municipality of Ransdorp, until it merged into the municipality of Amsterdam.
Durgerdam is located in the southeast corner of the Waterland region, on the IJmeer, part of the Markermeer, the former Zuiderzee.
