Loes Venker-de Noo received her art training at the University of California, San Diego UCSD). She specialized in painting, mixed media and illustration. Her illustrations were named "chosen winner" at the annual nationwide American Illustration (AI-AP) competition of successively 2019, 2020 and 2021.
