About ‘Stand strong’ by Sander Poppe

On an impressive, stormy autumn morning on the coast near Vlissingen, a veritable spectacle show of nature unfolds. As the powerful wind howls across the water and the tide rises, the morning is illuminated by the first rays of sunlight slowly breaking through the thick cloud cover. The looming, dark sky, together with the splashing water, creates a beautiful contrast, especially at the distinctive pile heads of Vlissingen harbour.

The combination of the rough sea and strong winds gives this place a unique atmosphere. The sound of the waves crashing against the wooden piles, the foam on the water and the salty air give every visitor a sense of freedom and adventure. Vlissingen, with its strategic location on the Westerschelde estuary, is a popular destination for nature lovers and photographers looking for special lighting conditions and dynamic scenes.

The autumn season on the Zeeland coast is known for its changing weather conditions, which often make for impressive skies and beautiful colours. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
