About the artwork

This squirrel monkey sits hidden among the branches, alert but relaxed, its large eyes keenly focused on its surroundings. The fine lines of his fur and bright yellow arms stand out beautifully against the green of the leaves and brown of the tree structures. His small hands deftly grasp around a branch as the light falls softly through the canopy. For me as a photographer, this is a magical moment, where behaviour, environment and composition come together. Squirrel monkeys are fast and agile, so it takes patience and timing to get them in the picture so sharp and natural. This image shows not only the animal, but also its habitat full of texture, colour and shadow. An intimate look into the life of one of the most expressive small monkey species.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
