Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Spring awakening in the shadow of the Trettachspitze’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

A sea of fresh, lush green undulates gently beneath the flawless azure of the sky. On the spring meadow in the Trettach Valley, time seems to stand still for a moment. Here, near Oberstdorf, nature awakens with a quiet, powerful elegance. Golden speckles of wildflowers dot the vast field, whilst scattered trees stand like silent sentinels, catching the warming rays of the sun.
The gaze inevitably wanders upwards, drawn by the wooded slopes, which present themselves in their lush spring garb. On the horizon, the idyll gives way to dramatic grandeur: the Trettachspitze rises proudly and majestically to a height of 2,595 metres. Its striking, snow-capped flank catches the glistening light of day – an eternal interplay of ice and rock amidst the Allgäu Alps.
Here, in the heart of the Allgäu, the gentle serenity of the valley and the rugged wildness of the peaks merge into perfect harmony. It is an image of profound tranquillity that touches the soul. A peaceful haven in southern Germany, where the grandeur of Europe tells its most beautiful, unspoilt story. A moment full of clarity, poetry and timeless beauty.
