Step into a world where time seems to have stood still and let yourself be carried away by the nostalgic beauty of the Speulderbos on the Veluwe. This ancient forest, one of the oldest in the Netherlands, is popularly known as the 'forest of dancing trees'. As you wander along the winding path of fallen, golden-brown leaves, you are surrounded by majestic beeches and oaks whose jagged, gnarled trunks seem to twist in wondrous curves, as if performing a perpetual, fairy-tale dance.

The perpetual twilight under the dense canopy creates a mystical atmosphere, enhanced by the legends that circulate about places like the nearby Solse Gat, a deep loam pit where a monastery is said to have once stood. During the day, when the sunlight filters through the warm-coloured leaves, it creates a magical scene that takes you back to simpler times and lets you escape the modern hustle and bustle. It is a paradise for peace seekers and nature lovers, where the smell of damp earth and autumn leaves fills the air and where, with a bit of luck, you can spot wild boar, deer or even a rare pine marten. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
