About "Souvenir shop in the afternoon sun"

About the artwork

Strolling through the streets of Side, this colourful souvenir shop immediately caught my eye. Especially to my daughter and me. My son had already walked on towards the boats, meanwhile enjoying his ice cream. Those who know Side know that it is full of shops. But not like this 'market', as the facade sign indicated.

The facade almost looks like a collage of culture. Every pendant, every detail tells its own story. It is the combination of colour, tradition and sunlight that makes this scene so irresistible. Anyone who has ever strolled through southern European or Turkish streets will immediately recognise that feeling: warm, lively, full of character.

It is such a recognisable holiday scene: a façade full of beautiful white dream catchers, nazars that ward off the evil eye and enamelled wall decorations in all colours. A shop that sells not only gifts, but also memories.

You need only glance at it and the holiday vibes are back. The feeling of sun on your skin, sea salt in the air, relaxation and pleasant calm in your mind.
Home or not - it's holiday time again immediately.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
