This soap bubble was photographed in the living room.
On an upside-down dish with a blown soap bubble on top.
The dish with bubble turned towards the incoming sun.
The background of this work is actually nothing more than a black t-shirt.
How nice it is that you can then create this work.
The colours created by the sunlight are unprecedented. You can see the colours and patterns running and swarming across the bubble while photographing.
You can photograph endlessly until, of course, the soap ball snaps.
And of course that's always just the moment you're comfortable with it.
A beautiful image of a perfectly ordinary soap bubble. That leads a life of its own through sun and suds.
The photo was taken with a macro lens. At one point, a very small star appeared through the sunlight.
For me, that was the icing on the cake.
Which position and which bubble blown again, didn't make it to this unique image.
How nice of you to take a look at my shop.
