During a beautiful forest walk, I suddenly noticed a lot of activity going on close to the ground. Dozens of ground bees and other insects were flying and crawling around, in and out of little holes in the ground. When I looked closely, I saw a tiny head sticking out of 1 little tunnel every once in a while. Every time I came closer, it would hide again and after waiting patiently, the head would reappear. A touching scene that I wanted to capture!
Passion for photography, where does something like that come from? The beauty is that every photographer will have their own answer. For me it flows out of being able to freeze a moment, step out of the day-to-day rush, and take my time for what I am.. Read more…
