This work shows an abstract close-up of a light, translucent fabric with a shimmering surface in shades of blue and violet. The soft lighting creates gentle bokeh effects in the background and lends the image an atmospheric depth. The inspiration for this image was the interplay of colour, light and texture - a moment in which textile lightness and visual magic merge into a poetic composition.
During the creative process, the focus was on staging the shimmering surface and the colour transitions. The fabric structure was emphasised through targeted lighting and a reduced depth of field, while the background was dissolved into soft points of light. The visual language is abstract, reduced and open to interpretation - it invites contemplative contemplation.
The work is particularly suitable for modern, minimalist or artistically inspired furnishing styles. Stylistically, it can be categorised as abstract photography with a textile and light-related focus, with echoes of material art and light studies.
Its special feature lies in the combination of transparency, colour and the effect of light - it looks like a captured moment of stillness that enriches rooms with visual depth, lightness and a touch of poetry.
