Common angelica (Angelica sylvestris) is a plant in the umbelliferae or Apiaceae family. The plant can grow two metres tall. It is found in forests, swamps and damp grasslands, but I photographed it on a rainy day in September in Iceland.
The colours of the seed pods particularly appeal to me in this image. The autumnal feel comes out very well.
