On the beach in Usedom / Western Pomerania.
In Ahlbeck, the fishermen still set sail from the beach as they used to. They usually arrive at their boats at sunrise. A tractor brings the cutter "Meereswelle" from the shore into the water and then they set off on their fishing trip.
For this shot, I rolled up my trousers and waded knee-deep into the water.
That way I got a real wave in the picture, with the cutter of the same name behind it.
