A powerful photograph of a powerful animal. The large horns and the frog perspective make the front Scottish Highlander look like a tough specimen. The fact that he is not looking into the lens makes the picture more interesting. What also makes the photo very special is the calf that stands curiously behind the sturdy animal looking at him. He looks straight into the lens, completing the contrast with the front animal. This keeps the picture nicely balanced and has a tough finish with a sepia conversion.
