Before an autumn cruise on Wadden Island Texel, we had some time to spare. While waiting, some Sanderlings arrived and were busy foraging on the beach. Constantly running back and forth with the surf.
The low vantage point gives the nice depth of field in this photo. The light was beautiful and soft. Perfect for photographing a beautiful beach runner.
