I don't know exactly what it is that appeals to me about the dunes on the Wadden Islands, but I keep looking at them, walking in them and taking pictures of them. The shapes, the colours, the simplicity, what it is, I don't know, but I suspect I'll keep coming there for as long as I can walk.
