About "San Francisco"

About the artwork

Sunrise in the San Francisco "Bay Area" as seen from "Hawk Hill". Early in the morning, I had driven to this location with the plan to take some photos here. From this spot you have a nice overview of the San Francisco "Bay Area" with, of course, the Golden Gate Bridge in the foreground.

Now I have been here many times because this is simply a beautiful location and lends itself well to beautiful pictures.

I arrived at my chosen spot well before sunrise and set up my camera gear. This time I wanted to take some close-up shots of the bridge and the city, so I had also brought my 600mm zoom lens. With this lens, you get the city much closer and the foreground and background are pushed together.

Now it was waiting for the sun to rise from behind the San Francisco skyline. Beforehand, using certain apps, I had figured out where that would be so that I could position myself properly for this shot.

After several shots, I was able to return to my hotel satisfied. There, I selected some shots to make them suitable for your wall at home.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
