Rural natural simplicity: Drops rest in the fluff of a Tragopogon by Marjolijn van den Berg

This photo: "Rural natural simplicity: Drops resting in the fluff of a Tragopogon" is a macro photo of a small piece of a Tragopogon. A Tragopogon is usually called "Morgenster" in the Netherlands.
The Morgenster is very similar to the common Dandelion (the two are also related). Both of these plants, after they have finished flowering, develop a beautiful fluffy bulb in which the fluffy seeds are spread by the wind. The structure of the fluff is just different. In a morning star, the fluff has a kind of cobweb-like structure. If you zoom in on this photo, you can see that. Trapped in this cobweb-like structure are very small water droplets.
These tiny droplets were barely visible to the naked eye. They give a nice effect to the photo.
The warm soft brown tones give a calm atmosphere to the photo. The light cream - beige-like background suits this well, and keeps the image calm.
When taking this photo, I chose a small depth of field. The focus in this photo is on the transition from stem to fluff of the middle fluff, including part of the middle part with droplets in the fluff. The further back and front you look from this part, the fainter the ball of fluff becomes. This gives a sense of depth in the photo, in addition to calmness.

This work could, for example, hang beautifully as wall decoration in the bedroom, dining room, kitchen or just above the sofa in the living room! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room!
