Rolling landscape in ochre and purple
An abstract painting in digital oil paint of arable farming with mountains in the background. With warm colors and the rugged landscape in the background, you immediately imagine yourself on vacation. A beautiful cloudy sky with sky blue and clouds of pink and purple with a touch of warm beige yellow, give the whole a very warm look.
The painting is abstract, but also instantly recognizable because of the clear horizon that separates the top of the painting from the bottom. Because of the clear color contrast, it is reminiscent of the colorfield paintings from Abstract Expressionism by Mark Rothko and others.
