About the artwork

For a project on the theme of Roller Derby, I drew this abstract young lady. She is wearing the well-known helmet with star. Roller Derby is a real contact sport where things can get pretty tough. It is played 5-5 on the track where everyone wears roller skates. This sport is mainly played by women, but everyone and any gender identity is welcome. This drawing is truly handmade. First designed with pencil and then freehanded the lines with a black marker. Then the work was photographed and coloured in Photoshop. I used a watercolour painting as the background, which gives it a cool look. Do you prefer a different colour combination? Then take a look in the 'illustrations' folder. Here there is another version in sheet coloured blue, black and white, rainbow colours, a black and white 'neon' version and there are also roller skates. I used the following colours in the painting: blue grey and black

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
